    Welcome to GS Family Hair Salon. By accessing our website or booking an appointment with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

    1. General Information

    This website is operated by GS Family Hair Salon, located at Θαλασσινές Αλκιωνίδες 3, Perivolia Larnakas 7560, Cyprus. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to GS Family Hair Salon.

    2. Services and Consultations

    • We provide professional hair services including, but not limited to, Keratin treatments, Balayage, Haircuts, and Event Styling.

    • Allergy Advice: For specialized chemical treatments (such as Balayage or Keratin), a patch test may be required 48 hours prior to the service. It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any known allergies or scalp sensitivities.

    3. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

    To ensure we provide the best service to all our clients in Larnaca, we adhere to the following:

    • Booking: Appointments are managed by our salon coordinator, Maria.

    • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

    • No-Shows: Failure to show up for an appointment without notice may result in a "No-Show" fee or the requirement of a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

    • Lateness: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to avoid delaying other clients.

    4. Pricing and Payments

    • All prices listed on our website or social media are starting prices and are subject to change based on hair length, thickness, and the complexity of the service.

    • Payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.

    5. Professional Results & Re-do Policy

    We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with your results, please contact us within 5 days of your appointment. We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to provide a corrective service if the technical result differs from what was agreed upon during the consultation.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All content on this website—including the photos of our work, videos, logos, and text—is the property of GS Family Hair Salon. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited.

    7. Data Protection (GDPR)

    We value your privacy. Your personal data (Name, Phone Number, Email) is collected solely for booking purposes and salon updates via our newsletter (if opted-in). We will never sell your data to third parties. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    GS Family Hair Salon is not responsible for any damage to personal clothing or items during the hair process. We provide protective capes and towels, but we advise clients not to wear high-value clothing to chemical appointments.

    These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
